Thomas Tours on October 15 ($100). Please also note that the original
packet dates are wrong; the correct dates are April 8-11, but the
itinerary is still the same as far as I can tell.

*If you have not yet donated $10 towards the band meals, please do so. We
have only received about half of the $800 needed. This is a one-time
donation, but it will be most helpful if everyone can do their part.
Also, if you have not picked up parent T-shirts, they will be available
any day this week. Please come pick up if you have ordered; we need to
know what we have left over to sell.
Parents,
This year, the GHS Band and Chorus are planning to take a trip to
Washington, DC in April. The cost of this trip (if we have more than 99 paying travelers) will be $440 for quad-occupancy rooms. Next Monday, John Thomas of Thomas Tours will be in town to answer any questions you may have about payments, etc. This meeting will take place next Monday, Sept. 21, at 5:30 in the GHS Chorus Room. PLease plan to attend. In the meantime, your child will be bringing home a trip packet with an itinerary, recommended payment schedule, and other important info. Please make sure your child makes it home with this packet.
Shelbi Bias is representing the band for Homecoming Queen this year. Make sure you support her by going to their booth at the home game.

Coupon books will be sold by the band to help raise band funds. Get your coupon book when they go on sale September 17th!
